股票期权激励问题探讨

摘    要:智力资本是知识经济时代的宝贵资源,如何激励智力资本并使其更好地发挥作用是现代企业获得持续核心竞争力的首要条件,也是知识经济条件下企业进行价值管理和竞争战略的主要目标。股票期权激励是继年薪制之后,近年来出现的对企业员工(主要是经营管理人员)的有效激励方式,具有一系列的优点。虽然它在我国的实施过程中遇到了一些问题,但前景是乐观的。就股票期权激励相关问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:The intelligence capital is the precious resources in the knowledge economy age.How to stimulate the intelligence capital and enable it to play the role well are the most important condition of obtaining continuous and central competitive power,and it is also the essential target for the enterprise to carry on the value management and the competition strategy under the knowledge economy conditions.After the yearly salary system,the stock option stimulation appears in recent years,it is an effective way to stimulate the ent erprise staff(mainly is management administrative personnel),it has a series of merits.Although it has met some problems in our country during its implementation process,the prospect is optimistic.The article discusses some correlative questions about the stock option stimulation.
