| Abstract: | According to the new standard of full-time obligatory schooling of vocal subject from the national Ministry of Education,this paper brings forward a new theory aiming at promoting the vocal teaching reform in normal college,it discusses the relation between the new standard and the vocal teaching reform from changing vocal teachers' traditional concept to improving and strengthen the construct of vocal teaching staff,defining the objective position of vocal teaching and revising vocal teaching content to reflecting the prominent characteristics of vocal teaching in normal college. |
