高校教师教学质量评价与监控保障机制的优化

摘    要:我国高校教师教学质量评价中存在许多问题,制约了教学质量的持续优化.为了提高高校教师教学质量评价的科学性和效果,应遵循多维复合原则、内涵性原则、学术性原则、个性化原则、长远性原则、差异化原则;评价模式应坚持学生评议、院系领导评价、教学督导小组评价、同行评价、教师自我评价相结合;并要注重过程性评价监控机制、信息反馈机制、奖惩激励机制的辅助作用.
