基于企业内外调节效应的集群网络创新绩效研究

集群网络和创新绩效间的关系受到学者的广泛关注，鉴于现有研究的不足，本文创新性地将集群网络分为了商业网络和科技网络两个维度，并通过问卷调查，运用层级回归分析，探析了外部市场环境和内部创新策略的调节效应。研究结果表明，商业网络和科技网络均会正向影响集群企业的创新绩效；市场的竞争程度倒U型调节商业网络对创新绩效的影响，且正向调节科技网络和创新绩效间的关系，动荡程度正向调节商业网络和创新绩效间的关系；商业网络和渐进性的创新策略正向交互影响创新绩效，科技网络和突破性的创新策略正向交互影响创新绩效。

A study on the cluster networks innovation performance based on the internal and external adjustment effect

The relationship between cluster networks and innovation performance receives extensive attention of scholars. In view of the shortage of the existing research, this article divides the cluster networks into two dimensions creatively, business networks and technology networks. And through the questionnaire survey, using hierarchical regression analysis, the paper analyzes the adjustment effect of external market environment and internal innovation strategy. The research results show that both of the business networks and technology networks have positive influence on innovation performance; the level of competition ‘impact on business networks and innovation performance is inverted-U shaped, the level of competition can positively adjust the relationship between technology networks and innovation performance, and the degree of instability can positively adjust the relationship between business networks and innovation performance; the business networks and incremental innovation interactively affect innovation performance, and the technology networks and breakthrough innovation interactively affect innovation performance.
