| 摘 要： | 服务是图书馆永恒的主题，既是实现图书馆用户需求的直接手段，也是满足用户需求的最终结果，服务与需求两者的关系是需求决定服务，因此要做好图书馆服务，首先必须研究用户需求，为此本文着重探讨了图书馆用户需求层次。
