| 摘 要： | 文章论述了一般中小型高校图书馆数据库建设现状及其如何从软环境上进行管理，着重强调了发挥数据库的最大利用价值在于向读者强力宣传推介与辅导，而不仅仅只是普通的宣传，并提出了具体的强力宣传推介方法。
