| Abstract: | The family affairs dispute differs from other civil case disputes, its biggest characteristic shows the party of dispute has a part icular identity relation, this kind of characteristic decides that the mediation mechanism is the natural choice which is applied to solve family affairs dispute. This mechanism pays attention to restore and maintain the Social interaction of the party. |
