学分制学籍管理工作的实践与思考

摘    要:学分制学籍管理,既要根据学分制的要求改革传统的学籍管理模式,又要以国家的教育法规为依据来规范高等学校的学籍管理制度;既要从本质上理解学分制的实质,尊重学生的选择自由,又不能放松对学生的管理;既要提高管理人员的素质,又要保持管理队伍的相对稳定;既要考虑学生的可塑性和受教育的身份,又要严肃学籍问题的处理。

Abstract:Management of credit system and one's status as students requires not only the reform of traditional formula of MOSS according to the stipulation of MOSS system in higher education on the basis of national education regulations. It also requires the understanding of the essence of credit system and respect for students' freedom of choice. Furthermore, it will strengthen the management of students. And it requires the improvement of directors' quality and keeping the stability of governing staff as well. Moreover, it will take the plasticity and status of being educated of the students into consideration and will handle the issue of MOSS properly.
