基于专业成长的教师合作文化建构

摘    要:本文探讨了专业化视野中教师合作文化的基本理念、制度保障及建构方法。平等参与、协作互助、共同发展是教师合作文化的基本理念。同事教学小组制度、校本研究制度、相互开放教室制度、教师团队评价制度及合作型的领导制度是教师合作文化的制度保障。建构教师合作文化必须树立共同的愿景,授权教师合作团队,提供高质量的培训,进行明确的团队分工,组织团队阶段性总结,启动教师协作互助方案,考核团队工作的最终成果。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the basic ideas, the assuring system and constructing methods of teacher cooperative culture in the view of professionalization. It is the equitable attendance, colleague cooperation and corporate development that make of the basic ideas of teacher cooperative culture. And such make of the assuring system of teacher cooperative culture are colleague teaching group system, school - based research system, mutual open classroom system, teacher group evaluation system and cooperative leading system. In order to construct teacher cooperative culture, we should build up collective goal ,authorize teacher cooperative group ,provide high quality training, divide the team work clearly,summarize the team work on schedule ,start up teacher cooperative project and examine the team work.
