| 摘 要： | 本意在从学习支持服务的概念，模型，理论基础等方面作一次简单阐述，并提出值得研究和思考的相关问题，以便为学习支持服务的研究画出清晰的轮廓，同时，使读在理清学习支持服务概念，理论基础的基础上，确立相应的教育观念，从而正确对待远距离教育中的教学关系。

| Abstract: | The actical presents a brief introduction of LSS' s definition, model and theoretical basis. It also raises some relevant questions as a reference for the research of LSSs.
