| 摘 要： | 以文献资料法、问卷调查法、咨询访谈法等方法对河南省体育人才需求现状进行调查分析,结果显示,对体育人才内涵方面的需求以体育教师思想觉悟、敬业精神和师德、合作精神和创新意识为主,素质需求方面以教学能力、专业技能、组织能力为主,学校体育课程还是以传统项目为主,学生需求较高的新兴项目开设率有待提高。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and consulting interviews, tins paper makes investigation on current demand for sports professionals in Henan province. The result shows that the connotation of sport talents demand for ideological consciousness, physical education teacher professionalism and ethics, the spirit of cooperation and innovation consciousness, quality demand on teaching ability, professional skills, organizational ability,school physical education curriculum is still mainly traditional items, opening rate of emerging project students in high demand should be improved. |
