解析教师实践知识的来源及生成方式

摘    要:教师知识的来源、生成方式,决定了教师实践知识在教学实践中发挥着独特作用;具体的教育教学情境是教师实践知识生成的基础;教师教学经验是教师实践知识的主要来源;教学反思、问题解决是促进教师实践知识生成的主要途径。澄清这四个方面的观点,一方面寄希于在教师实践知识研究领域能达成一定的话语共识,另一方面对教学实践中的教师实践知识的生成、更新也具有一定启发作用。

Abstract:Abstract ] T his papers first makes a literature review of the sources of teacher know ledge and its generation methods . T hen it elaborates on the sources and generation methods of teacher practical knowledge . The author hold the following views :1) The sources and generation methods of teacher practical knowledge enable it to play a unique role in the practice of teaching ;2) The specific teaching contexts are the foundation of the teacher practical knowledge ;3) Teaching experience is the major source of teacher practical knowledge;4 ) Reflection on teaching and problem‐solving are the main way of generating teacher practical knowledge .It is author's expectation that these views may lead to a discourse consensus for the research of teacher practical know ledge on the one hand , and provide some implications for generating and updating teachers'practical knowledge in their teaching practice on the other hand .
