| 摘 要： | 关于"由‘应试教育’向素质教育转轨"提法的讨论,我先后写过两篇评论文章。根据新的情况,打算再谈谈一些意见,试图对20多年的争论做点回顾,做点梳理工作,突出主要问题,着重想说:对所谓的"应试教育"一定要切实作一些理论探讨;对素质教育进行理论论证一定要严肃慎重;要恢复全面发展教育的权威,坚决跳出"应试教育""素质教育""开战""转轨"的怪圈,鉴别、澄清"新课程理念"介入课程改革的理论是非,将全面发展教育理论和实践推向前进。
