| 摘 要： | 就太极拳对付顶牛、大力冲击、生拉硬拽以及搬摔、抱摔等的应用情况进行了分析，指出太极拳在具体实践中为什么能够“四两拨千斤”以及如何做到“四两拨千斤”的具体的技击方法，旨在充实太极拳理论体系并指导太极拳运动实践，使太极拳在技击上更具实用性。
