| 摘 要： | 推动教育的改革与发展,创新人才培养模式是关键。人才培养模式是一个综合性的系统,具有一定的结构性,包含着若干相互联系的因素,如思想理论、目标、手段、评价等。就职业教育而言,主要有“做中学”、双元制、能力本位、模块式等人才培养模式。创新职业教育人才培养模式,要坚持素质本位的原则和方向,把创新精神和实践能力的培养作为重点。
