“创新策略选择” 行为模式下的高校协同创新问题思考

协同创新既是一种创新模式,同时也是一种创新决策。从合作创新决策的角度出发,参照我国当前科研考核环境,推导出创新者的“创新合作选择”行为模式,在这一行为模式下,通过综合考虑个人及组织层面因素,搭建协同创新分析框架。借助这一分析框架,对当前高校面临的协同创新困境进行系统的剖析,同时结合剖析提出相应策略。

Collaborative innovation is not only a kind of innovation mode, at the same time is also a kind of innovation decision-making. From the perspective of innovation decision-making, with reference to the current scientific research evaluation environment, deduce the income-oriented innovators "innovation strategy choice" behavior pattern, in this mode, through the comprehensive consideration of personal and organizational level factors, building collaborative innovation analysis framework. By using this analysis frame, the current plight of collaborative innovation in colleges and universities carries on the system analysis, and combined with the analysis put forward the corresponding strategies.
