| 摘 要： | 会计主管由于民营企业会计职能定位不高，面临着制度、政策和法律环境等问题。要当好民营企业的会计主管，应通过提高自身素质、拓宽相关知识，养成良好的职业道德，选择合适的会计政策，以及有序地制订财务管理制度来有效地保护企业的利益。

| Abstract: | Due to the loose and obscure function of accountancy in the non-state-owned enterprises, the accounting manager is confronted with the problems of system, policy and law performing environment. To be a good accounting manager and to protect the interest of an enterprise, one must improve his own quality, widen the relevant knowledge, develop his business ethics, choose appropriate accounting policy and lay down regular accounting and financial management system. |
