| 摘 要： | 高职院校长期以来存在着重专业、轻素质，重智育、轻德育的现象。高职生普遍缺乏人文知识，文化素质较差，非专业知识浅薄。因此，应在高职院校中加强人文教育，其途径是确立人文教育理念、实施名师工程、改革课程体系，创造校园文化氛围。

| Abstract: | In higher vocational schools,there exist problems of emphasizing education of specialty but ingoring cultivation of quality,emphasizing intellectual education but ingnoring moral education for a long time.Higher vocational school students lack of humanity knowledge popularly.Therefore,higher vocational school should strengthen humanity education,and the main approaches are:establishing the view of humanity education,carrying out expert teacher engineering,reforming curriculum system,and creating constructive cultural atmosphere in campus. |
