| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生的档案管理是学校档案管理工作中的一个重要部分。由于多方面的原因,目前对毕业生的档案管理存在一些问题。通过列举这些问题的表现,剖析其原因,提出了通过加强联动机制管理毕业生档案的方式方法。
