| 摘 要： | 散打竞赛是运动员双方体能、技术、战术、心理、教练员指挥艺术的综合较量,“以优胜劣”自是常规,但“以劣胜优”亦非偶然。在散打竞赛中如何掌握优劣的辩证关系,怎样出奇制胜、以劣胜优,为此进行了深入的研究和探讨,希望能够帮助教练员、运动员在竞赛中取得优异成绩。

| Abstract: | Sanshou competition is the contest of physical constitution,mentality,tactics,and the coaches' art of commanding. "The weak defeating the strong" is not uncommon. This paper studies how to gain advantage over the strong components in a competition and defeat them by a surprise move. |
