| 摘 要： | 董必武为新中国法制建设作出了重要贡献。主要体现在:促进了以县级人民代表大会制度为基础的民主法制体系的确立;明确提出司法工作要为经济建设服务;要处理好群众运动与法制建设及党与国家政权关系;重视法律体系中程序法的健全完善;大力倡导法制宣传普及和法学研究。董必武的法制思想至今仍有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Dong Biwu has made great contribution to China's legal system. His thoughts embody the following as-pects: to promote the establishment of democratic legal system based on county level People's Congress; to point out theservice for economy by judicial work; to deal with mass movement, construction of legal system and the relationship be-tween party and regime power; to emphasize the improvement of procedure laws; to advocate the study and popularizationof law. Dong's thoughts are of great guidance today. |
