| 摘 要： | 研究生这一特殊群体的知识层次、社会化程度、培养规格都相对较高,做好研究生德育工作,不能只是将本科生的德育工作简单辐射到研究生层面,而需要针对研究生层面的特点和要求,从研究生的群体特点、专业素养、培养要求以及社会期望等因素出发,开展富有特色的工作,才能取得满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Graduate students form a special group with a relatively high level of knowledge,socialization and education.To successfully promote the graduates' moral level,we should not simply copy the method used in educating the undergraduates,but should make efforts in terms of the special features of postgraduate student work,such as their own characteristics,professional quality,and social expectation in the hope of achieving satisfactory results. |
