| Abstract: | This paper is intent to analyse some questions on the study,quality accomplishment and career preference of the young college students in market economy,based on the psychological system of the career ideal and their value orientation.The author thinks that today college students must show themselves in the market economy through the media of the career market,train their quality integrality and ability of practice and recreation,have rational thinking over "hot program". |
