整合国际社会培训经验建立有中国特色的培训体系

当前受国际社会金融危机的影响,中国的培训行业面临机遇与挑战并存的局面。文章通过对美、德、日、韩等8个国家培训情况的分析,从失业保险培训、稳定的培训制度、建立学徒制、社区教育、校企合作等几个方面做出总结,并对建立有中国特色的培训体系从立法、建立学习性社会及一些具体的培训内容提出简要建议。

Developing Chinese-style Training System on the Basis of International Training Experience Integration

The training industy in China is facing both the opportunities and the challenges in the financial crisis sweeping over the world.Based on the analysis of training industry in eight countries like US,Germany,Japan,and Korea,etc.This article sums up the following aspects—training for unemployment insurance,steady and constant training programs,the establishment of apprenticeship,community education,and cooperation between the schools and businesses,and presents brief advice on the development of Chinese-style training system from the perspective of legislation,and development of study-oriented community as well as some specific training program.
