| 摘 要： | 惠州外来农民工已占了惠州劳动力的1 成, 他们优化了惠州的产业结构, 使第二、三产业得到较大的发展, 为惠州的经济和社会发展作出了较大贡献。但, 亦给惠州带来一些社会问题。为此, 必须在实践中针对农民工的现状, 以科学的发展现以统筹解决。

| Abstract: | The statistics data indicated that the migrant farm workers had occupied 10% of the labor force in Huizhou.It is excellent to turn industrial structure and make the second and third industry get a bigger development.All these people contribute greatly to the development of economy and society in Huizhou.However,they also bring Huizhou some social problems.Therefore,it is essential to aim at the present conditions of migrant farm workers and solve the problems with the scientific development view. |
