企业竞争情报分析方法的层次框架

摘    要:简要回顾竞争情报分析方法框架模型的研究现状,根据企业环境的层次、要素、战略分析理论及竞争战略理论,总结37种分析方法的谱系关系,提出5个层次模型。分析各层分析方法的功能和作用,揭示各种分析方法之间的边界与关联性,并按照框架理论总结5个层次之间的“旋转”关系,藉以提高企业竞争情报人员及决策者有序有效地选择、利用各种分析方法的能力。

Abstract:This paper briefly reviews the current situation of research on the models of competitive intelligence analysis methods and puts forward a "five-level model" by concluding the pedigree relations of 37 analysis methods based on the hierarchies, elements and strategy matching theory as well as competition strategy theory. Then it analyzes the functions and roles of methods at each level, reveals the boundaries and conjunctions of all methods, and discusses the "rotation" connection of five levels in order to help the intelligence analysts and decision-makers to take advantage of every methods orderly and effectively.
