成人参与学习的劣势及对策探析

摘    要:成人在参与学习时虽然具有很大优势,但也存在着一定的劣势:生理机能的老化;记忆功能障碍;认知上的偏差;学习上易产生焦虑情绪;多种社会因素干扰等。因此,了解成人参与学习的劣势方面,采取及时有效的对策,帮助成人扬长避短,克服参与学习的劣势,具有极其深远的意义。

Abstract:Although when participating in the study adults have the very big superiority,they also have the certain inferiority:physiological function aging:memory function barrier:the deviation in cognition:anxious mood is liable to take place in study;many kinds of social factors disturbance:,etc.Therefore,we should understand theinferiority aspects of the study of adults,and takes the prompt effective countermeasure to help adults to enhance strong points and avoid weaknesses and to overcome their inferiority.It has the extremely profound significance.
