| 摘 要： | 依据城市CBD(中央商务区)和城市Sub-CBD(副中心商务区)的理论，分析了西安小寨Sub-CBD形成的背景条件，对Sub-CBD产业定位的优势与劣势条件进行了研究，提出小寨应当建成一个“化-商业型”的城市Sub-CBD。论证了依托西安特有的化产业发展而形成的城市Sub-CBD的功能，在分析了小寨Sub-CBD存在不足的基础上，提出了相关规划建设的构想，为知名度很高的历史化古城-西安市的化产业经济的开发提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | The article is based on the theories of CBD and Sub-CBD and analyses the function of Sub-CBD. Then it takes Xiaozhai Sub-CBD in Xi'an as an example to research the function of Sub-CBD which form with development of Xi'an culture.It points out the shortcomings of Xiaozhai Sub-CBD and puts forwards some advice.It will be important to Xi'an which is rich in cultural resources. |
