摘    要:我国工会开展工资集体谈判存在信息资源不对称、谈判的工会级别偏低、法律不健全以及基层工会体制障碍等困境。要快速地整体推进我国工会工资集体谈判,需要有良好的法律环境支持,完善立法;改革工会旧体制,加强工会组织的建设;大力培育产业或行业工会,提升开展工资集体谈判的工会级别;强化企业诚实的信息披露义务,防止工会因信息不对称而陷入被动局面。

Abstract:There exist problems in the collective talk on wages carried out by workers' unions in our country, such as a- symmetrical information resources, relatively low rank of workers' unions in the talk, imperfect laws and the system barriers of grass-roots unions. To speed up the construction of such talk, we need the support from a good legal environment, perfect the current laws, reform the old system of workers' unions and construct the workers' organizations, develop such unions of various walks, increase the rank of such unions in the salary talk, strengthen the enterprises' responsibility for information disclosure to avoid the falling into the passive situation because of asymmetrical information.
