| 摘 要： | 概述了物流信息在企业物流管理的重要作用,详细分析了目前我国企业物流管理存在的问题,提出了基于敏捷供应链管理(ASCM)的企业物流管理信息化解决方案.该方案要求企业物流管理信息化工作应进行ASCM的总体规划,强调基于ASCM的物流业务流程重构是实现企业物流管理信息化的关键步骤,在深入研究企业实际情况的基础上规划出了ASCM的体系结构,并明确指出了ASCM的优点.案例分析表明,ASCM的实施能够有效地解决企业物流管理存在的问题.

| Abstract: | The importance of logistics information in enterprise logistics management is summarized, and problems existing in enterprise logistics management of China are analyzed in detail. A solution to informatization of enterprise logistics management, which is based on Agile Supply Chain Management (ASCM), is also brought out . In this solution, a holistic planning of ASCM is necessary for informatization of enterprise logistics management, and it emphasizes that Business Process Reengineering (BPR) of logistics is the key step to the informatization of enterprise logistics management. On the basis of a deep research on the enterprise's actual situation, an architecture of ASCM is laid out, and its advantages are listed. The case study shows that the implication of ASCM can effectively solve the problems existing in enterprise logistics management. |
