| Abstract: | In this paper, through the empirical research of Tianjin high school education, a fourlevel table about education service quality perception and important degree is set up, and it is found that the school service quality and student satisfaction is positively correlated, in which the tangibility, guarantee, practicality and reliability are highly correlated with satisfaction. |
