| 摘 要： | 培养什么样的人的问题是"办什么样的教育"的核心和焦点。建国以来,正、反两个方面的经验教训使我们深刻地认识到,毛泽东在建国初期提出的"培养有社会主义觉悟的有文化的劳动者"是中国特色社会主义教育工作的正确选择。"有社会主义觉悟"是我国人才培养的根本方向;"有文化"是我国人才培养的基础和重点;"劳动者"是我国人才培养的本质要求。

| Abstract: | What kind of talents should be cultivated is the core and focus of"running what kind of education". After liberation, both the positive and negative experiences make us deeply recognize that"training workers with both socialist consciousness and general education" put forward by Mao Zedong shortly after liberation is the right choice for socialist education with Chinese characteristics. "Socialist consciousness" is the fundamental orientation of talents training in our country. "General education" is the base and stress, while "workers" are the essential requirements of talents training. |
