| Abstract: | In colleges and universities,an educational administration secretary plays an importante role,which can not be substituted,in the management of teaching and studying in each institute or department. An educational administration secretary should be right-thinking,competent and expert in his or her work. And the heads of each institute or department must attach great importance to the team building of educational administration secretaries and take some pressing measures as well. |
