| 摘 要： | 隐喻是人们认知主客观世界的一种思维表达方式,也是法律思维中不可缺少的重要组成部分。以Lakoff的概念隐喻为理论基点,从认知的角度揭示出隐喻在法律思维中具有三种功能：构建新概念功能、从抽象到具体的阐释功能和架构法律推理功能。

| Abstract: | Metaphor is a universal thinking way to cognize the subjective and objective world,so it is the indispensable part of law thinking.On the basis of the previews study of metaphor in law field,the cognitive function of metaphor in the language of law is demonstrated in constructing new concept,interpreting from abstract to concrete and framing legal reasoning.Metaphor not only help people understand abstract concept,but also shape the thought and act of people. |
