| 摘 要： | 随着国际金融危机的影响，我国大学生就业形势十分严峻；而德国虽然经济形势不容乐观，但大学生的失业率却相对较低。通过分析德国大学以及政府对促进高校毕业生就业所采取的一些措施，希望对我国提高大学生毕业生就业率能起到一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The college graduates employment situation under the international economic crises is becoming increasingly severe in china. The German economy is still not optimistic, but the unemployment rate for college graduates is ralatively low. This article analyzes how the German colleges and government take steps to promote the employment rate for college graduates and in the hope of improving the situation of college graduates employment in China. |
