| Abstract: | With the enhancement of ratio of urbanization, the amount of the new citizen, mainly consisting of peasant workers and suburban peasants, is increasing rapidly. It is necessary to assume a series of measures to educate them, and integrate them into the city through ideological and ethical education, working and living skills training, and mental health education. |
