| 摘 要： | 宪法监督与宪法相伴而来,通过两百多年的宪政实践,宪法监督充分展现了其独特而深刻的价值。然宪法监督价值的生成却存在着深厚的文化基础,至少体现为＂人性恶＂、＂以人为本＂与＂权力异化＂。

| Abstract: | The Constitution always develops along with the constitutional supervision, and through 200 years of constitutional practice , constitutional suPervision fully demonstrated its unique and profound values. However, the values of constitutional supervision has its profound cultural foundations, at least being composed of the ＂evil nature of the people＂, ＂people-oriented＂ and ＂the power of alienation. ＂ |
