文化产业是第三产业的重要组成部分，作为一个经济部门，它的发展也必然会带动当地社会经济的进一步发展；因此，二者之间有着相互影响、相互促进的紧密联系。基干对甘肃庆阳香包特色文化产业的实地考察和研究，从社会学角度分析文化产业发展对农村社区发展的功能和作用，并深入探寻二者之间存在的关系，提出有益的探索和思考。

On Relationship between Cultural Industries with Regional Features and Development of Rural Communities -- A Case Study of Sachet Industry in Qingyang City

Cultural industry is a significant part of the third industry and its development can also inevitably lead the local community social economy to further growth, and the two influence and promote each other. Based on the case study of sachet industry in Qingyang City through on-the-spot investiga- tion, this article analyzes the function and effect on the development of rural communities from the so- ciological angle, thoroughly inquires about the relations between the two, and proposes some sugges- tions and insights.
