| 摘 要： | 全纳教育是当今教育发展的必然趋势。作为社会特殊教育机构的图书馆，积极导入全纳教育理念有着鲜明的时代意义。从具有全纳教育理念的图书馆的价值取向来描述其特征，有利于推动图书馆全纳教育的有效实施。
