摘    要:科学的干部考核评价制度是建立科学的选拔任用机制和监督管理机制的.我建科学的干部考核评价机制应有利于推进高校管理模式的转变,要将民主测评定性考核和发展业绩定量评估相结合。

Abstract:A scientific mechanism of cadre assessment is a base for establishing scientific systems of selection and appointment. Therefore, the building of this mechanism is supposed to promote the transformation of managing mode in higher learning institutions and is preconditioned by a proper combination of qualitative democratic appraisal and quantitative achievement evaluation.
