开放教育教学管理模式的研究与实践

在“中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目的实践中．构建了适合区情的以现代化管理手段为依托的“一中心三到位三线环绕型管理模式”。该模式以“学生和学习为中心”,实施导学、助学、督学的人文化管理,把制度建设、质量监控和运行机制三线作为主线,三线相辅相成,构成三维立体循环,实现教学管理的高质量、高效率及高效益。

A Research and Practice of the Open Education and Teaching Management

In the enforcement of the Project of the Central Broadcasting and TV University's experimental reform on talents development pattern and open education, the management pattern of "one focus, three putting-into-places and three aspects of management" was geared to the actual conditions of the autonomous region. It focuses on students and study, practicing the humane management in guiding, aiding and supervising study. The system construction, quality control and operation mechanism are combined to constitute a three-dimensional cycle so as to make a high-quality, efficient and profitable teaching management.
