| 摘 要： | 发展远程高等教育的合理路线是，综合发挥现有远程教育媒介体系的综合优势，一方面利用国内东部地区高校为依托的远程教育大网，向全国辐射；另一方面利用就近高校的远程教育“小”网，主要向局部地区辐射，形成名高校与就近高校相结合、相补充、相支持的有机态势。

| Abstract: | In order to fully use the potentiality of the current facilities of distance education system, there is a reasonable way to construct the distance education system of our country: radiating from east to the rest of the country, depending on the universities in the developed east; radiating from some civilized cities to nearby areas, depending on those universities in the metropolitan cities. |
