| 摘 要： | 金牌文化旨在强调培养人才、夺取金牌、创造一流业绩过程中所应具备的顽强拼搏、勇攀高峰的一种价值理念和精神气质。通过分析科学发展观与金牌文化建设之间的相互关系,根据科学发展观的内在要求,阐述了金牌文化建设既要坚持以“发展”为主题,又必须坚持“以人为本”的原则,提出了用科学发展观引领金牌文化建设的对策。

| Abstract: | Gold-medal-culture aims to emphasize the value and spirit of indomitable struggle and scale the height of sports in the process of talents training,gold medal winnning and outstanding achievements creating.This paper analyses the co-relationship between scientific outlook on development and the gold-medal-culture construction,expounds that gold-medal-culture construction should not only maintain development as the topic,but also people-oriented as the principle in accordance with the inherent requirements of scientific outlook on development.It also proposes the measures to constuct gold-medal-culture under the lead of scientific outlook on development. |
