在对所给数据统计分析基础上，构造了一个商品需求函数错误!不能通过编辑域代码创建对象。取k=1，利用模糊数学中的属性综合测度算法求出了，每一个商区的消费欲望的期望值pi，根据各商区中的有效人流量x1，算出每一商区中的有效需求量y，最终在满足奥运会期间的购物需求、分布基本均衡和商业上盈利等三个要求的条件下，给出了每一商区中的不同规模的Ms超市个数nik和ni小。并对模型的科学性、适用性以及优缺点进行了论述，论证了所得的结果是贴近实际的。
