教师职前教育状况及对教学工作表现的影响

通过问卷调查和数据分析,结果表明,我国基础教育在职教师的学历已经基本达到教育部所提出的教师队伍建设要求。但在教师数量上,初中生物和体育科目教师数量不足,小学体育科目教师数量不足。师范院校尤其是地方师范院校依然是教师职前教育的主要力量,竞争性的教师教育格局尚未形成。职前教育尽管对教师的教学技能具有促进作用,但效果并不是很明显。

The Status Quo of Teachers" Pre-service Education and Its Influence on Teaching Performance
