| 摘 要： | 以hemin-nitrite-H2O2体系造成大鼠心肌强自发生硝基化，运用蛋白质印迹法测定6种不同黄酮（黄芩素、黄芩苷、槲皮素、葛根素、芹菜素、灯盏花素）对蛋白硝化的抑制作用，其结果是：槲皮素、黄芩苷最强}黄芩素、灯盏花素次之；芹菜素、葛根素最弱．

| Abstract: | In this experiment,rat cardiac protein was nitrated by hemin-nitrite-H2O2 system.The inhibitory effects of six different flavonoids were detected by weakest blotting.The order of anti-nitration is quercetin the strongest,baicalin,breviscapinum,baicalein,apigenin the medium and puerarin the weakest. |
