| 摘 要： | 财产的概念是历史的,也是发展的.按照广义的财产概念,现代法律体系中财产的对象是多元的.我国一般认为财产的外延比物权的外延要大,包括物权、债权、知识产权、有价证券等权利,甚至包括网络虚拟财产.准确把握财产概念的内涵、外延有助于法律体系的发展.

| Abstract: | The concept of property is historical and developmental. According to the concept of property in broad sense, the property's objects are multiplex. It is considered that the denotation of property is larger than the real rights, including real right, obligations, intellectual property, security, even dummy wealth. It is contribution to the development of law system that the connotation and denotation are mastered accurately. |
