新西兰NCEA评价制度探略

新西兰的中学教育水平在国际上享有盛誉，高水准的中等教育能够为学生升人大学打下良好的基础。而NCEA评价制度就是为这种高水准的教育所制定的评价机制。自2002年起新西兰教育局在全国范围内实行了全国教育成绩证书制度（NCEA），以此来替换传统考试制度：学校证书、六年级证书和大学奖学金考试制度。本文从新西兰NCEA评价制度的形成背景、运行机制和主要特点进行分析与阐述，进而得出有益启示，以对我国高考制度的改革提供有益借鉴。

On New Zealand NCEA Evaluation System

The secondary education in New Zealand has a good reputation in internation.This high standard education could ground the students well in entering colleges or universities.New Zealand has changed its traditional college entrance examination,and carried out NCEA system(National Certificate of Educational Achievement) from 2002.So NCEA system took the place of the traditional examination system which includes school certificate,diploma and university scholarship examination.This paper illustrates the background,operating model and main features of NCEA system,and then comes up with the useful enlightenment.Hence,we can borrow the experiences for adjusting and innovation of our country’s college entrance examination from it.
