建构主义理论及其对成人教育的启示

摘    要:建构主义作为当代西方认知心理学中一种重要的理论思潮,对当前教育理论研究和教学改革产生了积极而深远的影响。本文对建构主义理论的基本观点进行归纳总结,并结合成人教育的特点,提出以下几个方面的启示:强调知识的建构性,培养成人学生的创造性;强调学习的情境性和互动性,注重情境性教学和互动式教学;强调教学的引导性和支架性,提高教师的专业素质。

Abstract:As an important theoretical thought of contemporary western cognitive psychology,constructivism had a positive and far-reaching influence on the current educational research and teaching practice.This paper summarizes the basic viewpoints of constructivism theory,and combines with the characteristics of adult education,then puts forward the following several aspects of enlightenment: emphasizing knowledge construction and training of adult students’ creativity;stre69ssing learning situation and interactivity and paying attention to situational teaching and interactive teaching;underlining teaching guidance and support and improving teachers’ professional quality.
