ICP—MS测定木瓜中26种微量元素

摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP—MS),同时测定了木瓜中的26种微量元素。结果表明木瓜中K、Na、Ca、Mg等元素的含量都比较丰富,并讨论了这些有益元素与人体健康的关系。该方法的回收率为96.5%-105.6%,RSD值为0.26%-2.03%,结果可信度高。该法精密度高、准确性好、干扰较少、快速简单,可用于质量控制。并为中药材木瓜中26种元素含量测定提供了方法。为进一步开发和利用木瓜提供了科学依据。

Determination of Twenty -Six Trace Elements in Fructus Chaenomel by ICP -MS

Abstract:This paper describes a simple method for the simultaneous determination of twenty - six elements in Fructus Chaenomel by using inductively coupled plasma spectrometry (ICP -MS). The samples have been digested by nitric acid and perchloric acid. The re- covery rate is 96. 5 % - 105.6 % , RSD is 0. 26 % - 2.03 %. The results show that this method is convenient and accurate with little disturbance and rapid determination. The method could be used for the quality control of trace dements in traditional Chinese medicines of pawpaw and for development.
